About Fast Hotels
- We have no reception/receptionists. You’ll receive a key code by email/SMS on the day you check in and as soon as the room is ready. Simple and straightforward.
- We know that what you like and use the most, you have with you on your mobile phone, PC or tablet. That’s why we’ve ditched the in-room TV. Instead, you get access to fast internet, so you can stream your favorite series all night long, check the news or post a story from Lofoten on Instagram – all for FREE.
- A good bed and a good night’s sleep are the most important things for our guests. We never skimp on beds, they must be of the highest quality!
- You should feel comfortable when you stay with us. All rooms are tastefully and practically furnished with a chair, writing desk and fridge, pegs to hang clothes on and good bathrooms with showers (some have bathtubs).
- Checking out is an outdated concept with us. You pack up and leave by 12 noon on the day of departure – just as fast, easy and queue-free as when you arrived. Thank you for your visit and welcome again to Fast Hotels!
Practical info

Booking/Payment
All our rooms must be paid in advance. When you book your stay with Fast Hotels, you will receive an email/SMS with a link to payment. IMPORTANT: The reservation is not valid until payment via the link sent has been made. This also applies to bookings made through external sites such as booking.com, Expedia, hotels.com, etc.

You will not receive the code for your room if the room has not been paid for (see “Check-in”). Remember that you will always find the lowest price on our website. If you want to pay by invoice. This must be agreed in advance with our booking department: stay@fasthotels.no.

Confirmation
The reservation is confirmed when the payment is registered. If the room has not been paid for, you will not receive the room key code (see “Check in”).

Check-in
Your room will be ready for check-in by 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, but you can check in at any time after this. You will receive information via SMS and email as soon as your room is ready.
NB! Have you booked your stay via e.g. booking.com or other third-party providers? Please note that you may have to log in to their (e.g. booking.com) site to receive information about your stay.

Check-out
Checking out is an outdated concept with us. You pack up and leave by 11:00 AM on the day of departure – just as quickly, easily and without queues as when you arrived. The code is active until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Thank you for visiting and welcome back!

Reception?
Fast Hotels does not have a reception, but we have a staffed service office Monday – Sunday from 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM and of course a 24-hour emergency phone line.
You will receive a key code via email and/or SMS on the day you check in, as soon as the room is ready. Guaranteed no queues.

Price guarantee
Our philosophy is to make your hotel stay as easy and affordable as possible – without compromising on comfort. We guarantee the best price of the hotels in the destination. You can always find the lowest price on our website.

Families
If there are several of you sharing a room, for example a family, you can book an extra bed at an additional cost. If there are four of you, you can book one of our family rooms – with or without a kitchen. Family rooms have a double bed and sofa bed.

Internet
Free fast wireless internet is available in all rooms and common areas at all Fast Hotels.

Streaming
We know that what you like and use the most, you have with you on your mobile phone, PC or tablet. That’s why we’ve ditched the TV in the room. Instead, you get access to fast internet, so you can stream your favorite series all night, check the news or publish a story from Lofoten on Instagram – completely FREE.

Security
Camera surveillance is installed in all common areas with direct connection to the alarm center. Security guards patrol and check regularly. Our fire alarm systems are directly connected to the fire control center. Our own personnel are available around the clock should the need arise.

See and Do more
Our idea is that you as a guest should stay cheaply in order to experience more. We have good agreements with the best restaurants and activity providers in the area. It should be worthwhile to stay with Fast Hotels.

Room Service
In order to be able to offer as low a price as possible, we have come up with a plan where the room is only washed when the stay has ended. For longer stays, the room is cleaned weekly by us. Extra washing can be selected when ordering, or agreed in advance via: stay@fasthotels.no

Comfort
You should feel comfortable when you stay with us. Alle rommene er smakfullt og praktisk innredet med stol, skrivepult, vannkoker og kjøleskap, knagger til å henge klærne på og gode baderom med dusj og hårføner. Vi vet at ei god seng og en god natts søvn er det aller viktigste for gjestene. Derfor er våre senger av ypperste kvalitet!

Business
Many of our guests stay with us in connection with business trips. Our rooms are equipped with good and practical desks for PC work. In addition, separate business lounges have been established adjacent to the common areas, where guests can sit comfortably and work in peace and quiet. Two desktop PCs are available to guests in the lobby of Fast Hotel Lofoten.
Company deal

We make hotel stays as simple and inexpensive as possible – without compromising on comfort. Our rooms are equipped with good and practical desks for PC work. In addition, there are dedicated business lounges adjacent to the common areas, where guests can sit comfortably and work in peace and quiet.
Our corporate agreements are based on a tiered model where more room days result in a better price. We guarantee the best price of the hotels at the destination. Our corporate customers receive their own discount code.
We also offer extra services such as dining and experiences. Fast Hotels collaborates with several restaurants and event companies.

Can’t find the answer to your question here? Feel free to send us an email stay@fasthotels.no
– In most cases, this is possible. Please contact us at stay@fasthotels.no as soon as you see that you want to extend your stay. You will need a new door code when the original stay ends.
– Checking in is an outdated concept with us. As soon as you receive the code for the door, you can go straight to your room – whenever you want. Senest kl. 16.00 ankomstdagen.
– Free fast and stable internet is included at Fast Hotels. Click “connect” and enjoy.

— No problem, send an email to stay@fasthotels.no and we will put an extra bed in the room for a small addition to the price.
— As soon as the room is ready (no later than 4 pm on the day of arrival), you will receive an SMS and/or email with the key code for the room.
