What are Fast Hotels?
- Fast Hotels does not have a reception. The day you check in, and as soon as your room is ready, you will receive a key code by email/SMS. Simple and straightforward.
- Fast Hotels do not have TVs in the rooms. However, we do have fast FREE wireless internet, so you can work on your laptop, stream your favorite series all night and check the news whenever you want.
- A good bed and a good night’s sleep are the most important things for guests. We never skimp on the beds, they must be of the highest quality!
- You should feel comfortable when you stay with us. All rooms are practically furnished with a chair, desk and fridge, coat hooks and good bathrooms with showers (some have bathtubs).
- Checking out is as easy as checking in. You pack up and leave by 12 noon on the day of departure – just as fast, easy and queue-free as when you arrived. Thank you for your visit and welcome again to Fast Hotels! (PS! Your code stops working at 12:00 on the day of departure)

Booking/Payment
All our rooms must be paid in advance. When you book your stay with Fast Hotels, you receive an email/SMS with a link for payment. IMPORTANT: The reservation is not valid until the payment via the sent link has been made. This also applies to bookings made through external sites such as booking.com, Expedia, hotels.com, etc.

You will not receive the code for your room if the room has not been paid for (see “Check-in”). Remember that you will always find the lowest price on our website. If you want to pay by invoice. This must be agreed in advance with our booking department: stay@fasthotels.no.
Confirmation
The reservation is confirmed when the payment is registered. If the room has not been paid for, you will not receive the key code for the room (see “Check-in”).
Check-in
Your room will be ready for check-in by 15:00 on the day of arrival, but you can check in at any time after this. You will receive the information by SMS and email as soon as your room is ready.
NB! Have you booked your stay via, for example, booking.com or other third-party suppliers? Please note that you may have to log in to their (e.g. booking.com) site to receive information about your stay.
Check-out
Checking out is an outdated concept with us. You pack up and leave by 12.00 on the day of departure – just as fast, easy and queue-free as when you arrived. The code is active until 12.00 on the day of departure. Thank you for visiting and welcome back!
Reception?
Fast Hotels does not have a reception, but we have a staffed service office Monday – Friday from 08:00 – 16:00 and, of course, a 24-hour on-call telephone.
You will receive a key code by email/SMS on the day you are to check in, as soon as the room is ready. Guaranteed queue-free.

Families
If there are several of you sharing a room, for example a family, there are options for an extra bed for an additional price. If there are four of you, you can book one of our family rooms – with or without a kitchen. The family rooms have a double bed and sofa bed.

Free fast wireless internet is available in all rooms and common areas at all Fast Hotels.
Streaming
We know that what you like and use the most, you have with you on your mobile phone, PC or tablet. That’s why we’ve ditched the in-room TV. Instead, you get access to fast internet, so you can stream your favorite series all night, check the news or post a story from Lofoten on Instagram – all for FREE.
Security
Camera surveillance with a direct connection to the alarm center has been installed in all common areas. Guards patrol and check regularly. Our fire alarm systems are directly connected to the fire control centre. Own personnel are available around the clock should the need arise.

Our idea is that you, as a guest, should stay cheap in order to experience more. We have good agreements with the best restaurants and activity providers on site. It should pay to stay with Fast Hotels.
Room Service
In order to be able to offer as low a price as possible, we have come up with a plan where the room is only washed when the stay has ended. For longer stays, the room is cleaned weekly by us. Extra washing can be selected when ordering, or agreed in advance via: stay@fasthotels.no

You should feel comfortable when you stay with us. All rooms are tastefully and practically furnished with a chair, desk, kettle and fridge, hooks for hanging clothes and good bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. We know that a good bed and a good night’s sleep are the most important things for our guests. That’s why our beds are of the highest quality!
Ironing
All our hotels have an ironing center on each floor that guests can freely use.
Business
Many of our guests stay with us in connection with work trips. Our rooms are equipped with good and practical desks for PC work. In addition, separate business lounges have been established in connection with the common areas, where guests can sit comfortably and work in peace and quiet. Two desktop PCs are available to guests in the lobby of Fast Hotel Lofoten.
